40000L Per Hour Stainless Steel Ro Water Treatment Plant Water Purification System For Industrial
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology driven by pressure by means of the function of selectively permeable (semi-permeable) membrane. When the pressure applied in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the influent solution, water molecules continuously pass through the membrane. , flows into the central tube through the water flow channel, and then flows out at one end. Impurities in the water, such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc., are trapped on the water inlet side of the membrane, and then flow out at the concentrated water outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and purification.
The RO water purifying equipment employs the ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis technology to purify tap water. Cooperating the deliberately designed filtering and absorption system, the purifier can effectively remove the materials harmful to health such as all kinds of bacteria, viruses, pesticide residue, heavy metal ion, etc. in the water. Besides, the purifier is especially good at removing carcinogenic substances and other morbid substances that cannot be eliminated by regular means, e.g., trichloromethane, fluorine, etc.
Please note, when using this machine, source water TDS value should be lower than 500mg/L.
The RO water purifying equipment adopts a whole set of perfect and formal work arts for making purified water, with open design in the form of cabinet and bracket, and clear work flow, it is easy to maintain and keep up. The purifiers can act as the core facilities of the water purifying rooms for communities, industrial areas, oil fields, etc., or serve as the water processing facilities for industries such as foodstuffs, beverages, chemicals, medicines, semiconductors, electronics, etc.
This system adopts the advanced RO technology. With the scientific design and process, the system is fully automatic and easy for operation. The treated water is suitable for direct drinking with good taste.
Work flow:
Raw water lifting device---source water tank---water pump---quarts filter---active carbon filter---Precise filter----Precise filter
-----1 stage booster pump--- 1 stage RO membrane -----1 stage pure water tank----2 stage booster pump--- 2 stage RO membrane -----2 stage pure water tank----booster pump-----production workshop
Compared with primary reverse osmosis, two-stage reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment usually refers to the cascade use of RO membranes in the system to further improve water treatment efficiency and water quality. The main advantages and differences between these two systems are as follows:
Higher water treatment efficiency:
One-stage reverse osmosis system: A single-stage RO system can remove most of the dissolved solids and ions in a single pass, but may still leave behind a small amount of wastewater.
Secondary reverse osmosis system: By using the produced water from the primary RO system as the feed to the secondary RO system, the purity of the water can be further improved and the generation of wastewater can be reduced. This cascade can effectively increase overall water treatment efficiency, especially in applications requiring high purity water.
Lower energy consumption and costs:
Two-stage reverse osmosis systems typically have lower energy consumption and operating costs than single-stage systems when treating the same volume of water. This is because the secondary system utilizes the wastewater generated by the primary system and further processes it, reducing overall resource consumption.
Higher water production rate:
Through the cascade system, the overall water production rate can be increased, especially when the raw water quality is poor or high purity water is required. A two-stage reverse osmosis system can increase the actual available water production while maintaining high water quality.
Adapt to a wider range of applications:
Secondary reverse osmosis systems are commonly used in industrial and commercial applications that require higher water quality standards, such as the electronics industry, pharmaceutical industry, drinking water production, etc. They can handle more complex water qualities and provide more stable and consistent water quality output.
In short, the two-stage reverse osmosis system has higher efficiency, lower operating costs, higher water production rate and wider application range than the one-stage reverse osmosis system. However, the choice of which system to use should be based on specific water treatment needs, water quality standards, and budgetary considerations.
