Recently, our company's technical team traveled to Tanzania and successfully completed the installation and commissioning of an advanced bottled water treatment production line. On September 9, 2015, Li Xueming, the salesman of the company, led He Guanfeng and Luo Chao from the engineering
department to install and debug the American machines. Bottle filling and capping machine, shrink film machine, light
inspection, etc., 5 gallon PET semi-automatic bottle blowing machine; 500ml fully automatic one out four blow molding machine,
18186 three-in-one filling machine for flushing, filling and capping, fully automatic Labeling machines, inkjet printers, line packing machines.
After 16 days of installation and commissioning, all the equipment is operating normally. After the installation and commissioning on September 20, the customer has put into production.
1. From January 9th to January 24th, 2016, I went to the customer site in Nagulu, Kenya to install and debug a production
line of 3000 bottles of split pure water filling machine per hour for the customer, (inkjet printer, heat shrinkable film packaging
machine, semi-automatic blower Bottle machine,) and did machine detailed training for the customer, now the customer's factory
has entered a stable production mode, has entered into mass production of purified water, and its own production of empty bottles.
2. From January 24th to January 28th, 2016, after the installation and commissioning of Nagulu equipment, we went to Mombasa,
Kenya, and solved some equipment problems for customers on the spot (three-in-one 18-18-6 pure water filling machine rotary
Cap part, fully automatic one out four bottle blowing machine, bottle cap mold of injection molding machine, inkjet printer replacement
of electric board and debugging), now the customer's factory has entered normal production.
