What is ultrafiltration equipment?
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a kind of membrane separation technology which can purify and separate the solution. Ultrafiltration membrane system is a solution separation device with ultrafiltration membrane silk as filtering medium and pressure difference on both sides of membrane as driving force. Ultrafiltration membrane only allows the solvent (such as water molecules), inorganic salts and small molecules of organic matter in the solution to pass through, and intercepts the macromolecular substances such as suspended solids, colloids, proteins and microorganisms in the solution, so as to achieve the purpose of purification or separation.

working principle
Ultrafiltration is a kind of membrane separation process, which takes screening as separation principle and pressure as driving force. The filtration precision is in the range of 0.005-0.01 μ m, which can effectively remove particles, colloids, bacteria, heat sources and polymer organic substances in water. It can be widely used in separation, concentration and purification of substances. The ultrafiltration process has no phase transformation and operates at room temperature. It is especially suitable for the separation of heat sensitive substances. It has good temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance. It can be used continuously for a long time under the condition of pH 2-11 and below 60 ℃.
1. Ultrafiltration system has filter fineness higher than traditional filtration equipment. It can completely remove all the colloids and particles and reduce the SDI value of raw water. The permeate water can meet the feed water condition for reverse osmosis system.
